Felt like they didn't value me as a customer at all I scheduled an appointment fairly easily. When I got there, I met with Sal, who was friendly and helpful at first. I already knew what car I wanted to buy, so Sal showed me the car I wanted and gave me details about the car. A little bit into the conversation with Sal, I started to feel like he just wanted to sell the car and get me out as soon as possible. I had a lot of questions because it was the first time buying a car, and Sal made me feel stupid for asking the questions. I felt rushed and completely not listened to. I pushed through because I wanted to buy the car. Sal gave me his email address so that I could contact him after the purchase; he promised to email me information. I sent an email to Sal a couple days after I purchased the car asking for a second pair of keys and a scanned file of the paperwork. I never heard back. All in all, this was a pretty negative experience. I love the car that I have, but if I could go back in time, I would have never purchased my car here. Customer service was absolutely atrocious. Not only did he set it up superbly cleaned but there was a small amount of rust we were concerned about. He had the whole hood repainted perfectly for us within 24 hours.
