After My experience at AutoMax in Marlborough was, and continues to be fantastic! I walked into the dealership not having a specific model in mind. After spending some time talking with Chris Trombley, he was able to come up with 4 different options. After spending the afternoon test driving all of them, I was still undecided, so Chris advised that I go home and "sleep on it". There was no pressure to drive more cars, there was no annoying follow-up calls. I truly felt that Chris understood my position and respected it. A few days later Chris called to check-in and said that a car was on their lot that wasn't exactly what I had been looking for, but he felt that I might like it. I went back to the dealership and truly feel in love with the Kia Soul that he showed me. It was everything that I was looking for (even though I didn't even know what I was looking for)! I truly appreciated the time and patience that Chris showed to me. Many times you walk onto a dealership and the pressure is too much. I felt very comfortable at AutoMax in Marlborough and would highly recommend them. More
