Great place to buy a car! It was great working with Paul! He made the whole process fun, quick and easy. The only issue was with my insurance co. (Progressive) saying they weren't getting the form that Paul was faxing to them in order to complete the sale, but he made sure to get it resolved and made it worth the wait. Very poor customer service This review is entirely about Ana, Jackie was great. Incredibly rude and ineffective. First made us wait hours before even talking to someone about This review is entirely about Ana, Jackie was great. Incredibly rude and ineffective. First made us wait hours before even talking to someone about the car after the test drive. Then the manager tried to weasel out of a military veteran discount I was owed by trying to say my bank was responsible for it and not the dealership. Also they delayed letting me take the car. They said because I had a loan from my own bank I had to wait a few days, which I can understand that they would need to process the check and have the money in hand before releasing the vehicle (despite the fact that I had a loan check from my nationally recognized financial institution and have walked off the lot with cars same day when buying them this way before in multiple different states, but whatever). Fast forward a week later when the dealer still wouldn’t let me pick up the car because the check hasn’t cleared, despite the fact that I called and checked with my bank and they had cashed the check the second day they had it. After finally getting the car I only learned after the fact that this dealership had such a poor reputation before they changed their name to escape it. If you have ANY other option, go somewhere else. More
