Easy-Breazy Experience My car was a total-loss and I unfortunately had to rush and purchase a new vehicle (my insurance would only cover a rental for a 1 1/2 week). I found My car was a total-loss and I unfortunately had to rush and purchase a new vehicle (my insurance would only cover a rental for a 1 1/2 week). I found my beauty here at AutoMax in Marlborough and Chris and Ana made my experience super easy, especially since I was coming in from Boston (1hour or so drive with Boston's new traffic conditions). I've already done my research on the car, and was feeling a little uneasy due to the car's history but when I went in on a Saturday morning, Chris made everything super easy for me. I test-drove the car and boy was it a smooth vehicle! Felt Brand New! I was able to buy the vehicle, and they handled everything else for me. Definitely appreciate all they have done for me. More

One import note which I loved was an estimated payment was provided and served as a guide prior to my credit being run – This is important as if gives you an understanding of what your payment may be as well as protects your credit from a hard inquiry in the event the payment in not within your budget. Of course your actual credit will come into play regardless. Keep in mind that they will not accept deposits to hold a car. Once you are in the dealer you can see why - they are always busy! My first choice was sold 30 minutes prior to coming into the dealership. Luckily we narrowed down a couple of cars we were interested in. Also after researching multiple cars I was interested they were always below KBB and NADA. I will definitely use Automax in the future. More
