Awesome Customer Service I was looking for a Toyota within my price budget and a newer model. It was my first time visiting Automax and I'm glad I decided to visit the Marlbor I was looking for a Toyota within my price budget and a newer model. It was my first time visiting Automax and I'm glad I decided to visit the Marlborough dealership. The customer service was top of the line Awesome! I met with Chris Trombley (automax salesperson), who made the whole process very easy. I saw the car I wanted on their website and scheduled an appointment to test drive. Upon arriving that day, I was greeted at the door. And given the opportunity to test drive the vehicle. Long story short , Chris walked me through the paperwork and gave me a carfax printout of the car. I thoroughly appreciated the customer service from start to finish because it didn't seem like a typical "pushy car salesman" experience, lol. Chris was very patient in answering questions pertaining to the vehicle, and got me a great financing deal after I decided I wanted to purchase the car. I was able to pick up my Avalon within 3 days with all my registration paperwork taken care of. Chris followed up to make sure my insurance was all set and just to check in with how the car was doing. The finance team did a phenomenal job finding me the best finance options that would fit within a budget I would be satisfied with. Now that's what I call above and beyond excellent customer service! Everyone here works together as a family team. I would definitely recommend friends and family to purchase their next vehicles from here. More
