FANTASTIC! This is the word I have to describe Dayse Costa's customer service! I'm from Connecticut and I decided to buy a car in the beginning of 2020 around here but I couldn't find a good Dealer (Lot Costa's customer service! I'm from Connecticut and I decided to buy a car in the beginning of 2020 around here but I couldn't find a good Dealer (Lot of them have TERRIBLE REVIEWS in CT). Then I found Dayse's Facebooks page with AMAZING reviews and I decided go to Marlborough MA to close the Deal... But in the mean time the coronavirus came up, quarantine and I decided to wait a couple months to buy it. Dayse since the beginning, always have been very honest and super dedicated to sell, with no pressure she quietly understood my situation that time. Now after a couple months I came back as I promised her and I bought my car last week at the AutoMax Preowned in Marlborough. The car is fantastic, as I said above the customer service is amazing, they are very honest with the customers (all process of buying is formally documented), they are very efficient as well (the process is super fast and smooth). Also if your credit scores is not so good they help you out bringing amazing deals! THEY GET IT DONE! The communication side is very good, Dayse always with prompt answers regarding any question! They have now a Customer and I will just buy my cars with her. Thank you Dayse! Fantástico! Essa é a palavra que tenho para descrever o atendimento da Dayse Costa! Sou de Connecticut e decidi comprar um carro no início de 2020 por aqui, mas não consegui encontrar um bom revendedor (muitos deles têm ANÁLISES TERRÍVEIS e também não são nem um pouco de confiança em CT). Então encontrei a página da Dayse no Facebook com avaliações INCRÍVEIS e decidi ir para Marlborough MA para fechar o negócio ... Mas nesse meio tempo o coronavírus apareceu, quarentena, recém chegado e decidi esperar alguns meses para comprar o carro. A Dayse desde o início, sempre foi muito honesta e super dedicada a vender, sem pressão ela entendeu perfeitamente a minha situação naquela época. Agora, depois de alguns meses, voltei como prometi a ela e comprei meu carro na semana passada no AutoMax Preowned em Marlborough. O carro é fantástico, como disse acima o atendimento ao cliente é incrível, eles são muito honestos com os clientes (todo o processo de compra é formalmente documentado), são muito eficientes também (o processo é super rápido e tranquilo). Além disso, se sua pontuação de crédito não for tão boa, eles o ajudam a trazer negócios incríveis! ELES FAZEM ACONTECER! O lado da comunicação é muito bom, a Dayse sempre pronta para responder qualquer dúvida de imediato! Eles agora ganharan um cliente, eu só recomendarei e comprarei meus carros com ela.
