I saw the Honda Pilot advertised on their website so my husband and I went in on a Sunday to check it out and drove away with it by Tuesday. We had an excellent experience working with Robbie and Al. They are very straight forward with their prices and they explain that they price them fairly so that what the sticker says on the car is what you pay. Personally I liked not having to do the whole back and forth thing so we test drove the car and then let them know that we wanted to go home and do some more research which Robbie was fantastic and we felt no pressure at all by him. He treated us right through the entire process. After doing some more research online and driving through some dealers we felt more than comfortable with the price. We had a great experience with Al in their financing department. He was very professional, great personality and worked it so we could get our payment to where we wanted to be. Everyone in the dealer was very friendly and made us feel very comfortable.It was a quick, pain free, head ache free process and I would recommend them to anyone. More

I was skeptical of all dealerships/salesmen long before I ever stepped foot on the lot. My uncertainty was reinforced with my first visit to this dealership. If the car I was interested in hadn't been exactly what I'd been looking for, I probably would have gone elsewhere just based on that alone. When I first arrived at Automax in Framingham I was very Impressed with the selection of used cars in the lot. Be prepared to wait a very long time for someone to help you, plan on at least a couple hours if you need to speak with the finance guy. I don't know if they are shorthanded or what but wait each time I came in was ridiculous!! Paul DiCarlo saw my stepfather and I growing more and more Impatient and he offred to show me the car I was intrested in ( 2008 Honda Accord EX-L). Buyer beware, this dealership does not negotiate. Upon meeting Sal and describing the car of interest, he described a woman who was interested in the same car yesterday, but was not willing to drive up fr meeting Sal and describing the car of interest, he described a woman who was interested in the same car yesterday, but was not willing to drive up from Rhode Island to make a purchase. He then further stated (which explains why the woman would not make the trip), "to be honest, if you intend on negotiating price, I'll show you the door. That's not how we do business." I then asked about the "year end blow-out sale" in which I had printed a $1,000 coupon online. His response, "oh, well that coupon only applies to 3 cars on the lot"...something that the coupon fails to explain online, hence the "blow-out sale" was a scam. I took a moment to express my disappointment that this was the only dealership I've encountered not willing to negotiate and felt scammed by the online promotion (which implies that if there is a discount coupon, then the dealership is willing to lower it's price from the sticker). All I got back in return was, "have a nice day and best of luck." This dealer has a nice selection of cars on its lot, but if you are looking to get the best deal/price, then this is not your dealership. Also, being told that you'll be shown the door if you want to negotiate price was poor customer service. My fault, however, was that I did not research this dealer thoroughly, hence I'm sharing this experience. More
