We are committed to providing high quality customer service, but based on your DealerRater.com review, you did not share that experience. That is very disappointing to us, and through this program we have the opportunity to work with you to resolve any issues with your experience at their dealership. There was no purchase and sales agreement signed by either the purchaser or the dealership in this matter. The dealership, under no obligation did offer the customer the deal he said he wanted $21,995 for the Camaro and $500 for his trade and the customer refused this offer. At this point Automax Preowned feels it has tried to resolve this issue amicably and fairly.
