We went to automax because they had a good selection and attractive pricing. I worked with Paul on sales side. Billy in financing was great as well. We are aleady sending our friends down this week and are planning on buying all our future cars from Automax. We were impressed with their service department and including a free year of oil changes and tire rotations. I would highly reccomend automax and defintely Paul to anyone looking for a car. More

I was looking to purchase a used car. I found online several of the cars I was looking for. I called Automax Pre-owned in Framingham, MA and spoke to Paul. That afternoon I went over and test drove th several of the cars I was looking for. I called Automax Pre-owned in Framingham, MA and spoke to Paul. That afternoon I went over and test drove the car. The cars on the lot are exactly what is shown online. The pricing was very competitive and the cars I was looking at had very low mileage (especially compared to other similar cars / similar prices at other places). I ended up purchasing a 2009 Lexus ES 350 from Paul that had 37,000 miles; I worked with Dan on the financing and service warranty plan (which is a great warranty). I completed the purchase the same day I was there. There was only one key but they arranged for a second at no cost. The car was ready for me to pick it up two days later. (It would have been the following day if they did not arrange for the additional key). When I picked it up there were no lights on. However, within 5 days, the tire pressure light was on. I called Paul and worked with the service manager. I brought the car in the next day and they fixed the tire at no cost. (There was a nail in the tire). I was only at the service center for about 20 minutes (the time it took them to fix the tire). One last benefit: all routine maintenance (oil change, tire rotation, etc.) is covered for the first year if I return to the Automax Preowned location. I was looking at luxury pre-owned cars; the selection was amazing and the service was great. I would recommend this location to others. More
