I work for a nation auto auction so I was extremely particular about what I wanted for a new car. Paul was patient with me through the whole process, emailing me whenever he had something that he thoug particular about what I wanted for a new car. Bill was great at explaining to me everything about my financing, making sure I understood exactly what was going into my loan. It was the first time I purchased a vehicle were the finance department didn't just shove a bunch of papers at me to sign and send me on my way. We were looking for a clean 2-3 year old luxury sedan. The selection was impressive, they had a few models of each car we wanted to look at. The process was very easy, low pressure but didn't ignore us either. Dan set us up with financing that was competitive and worked within our budget. After the sale, we realized that the car was missing it's owner manuals, which is a large multi-volume bundle. Paul had a complete set mailed to us within a few days of our inquiry. We had an issue with a check engine light after taking the car home and they made the service issue very easy as well. More

I was looking to purchase a used car. I found online several of the cars I was looking for. I called Automax Pre-owned in Framingham, MA and spoke to Paul. That afternoon I went over and test drove th several of the cars I was looking for. I called Automax Pre-owned in Framingham, MA and spoke to Paul. That afternoon I went over and test drove the car. The cars on the lot are exactly what is shown online. The pricing was very competitive and the cars I was looking at had very low mileage (especially compared to other similar cars / similar prices at other places). I ended up purchasing a 2009 Lexus ES 350 from Paul that had 37,000 miles; I worked with Dan on the financing and service warranty plan (which is a great warranty). I completed the purchase the same day I was there. There was only one key but they arranged for a second at no cost. The car was ready for me to pick it up two days later. (It would have been the following day if they did not arrange for the additional key). When I picked it up there were no lights on. However, within 5 days, the tire pressure light was on. I called Paul and worked with the service manager. I brought the car in the next day and they fixed the tire at no cost. (There was a nail in the tire). I was only at the service center for about 20 minutes (the time it took them to fix the tire). One last benefit: all routine maintenance (oil change, tire rotation, etc.) is covered for the first year if I return to the Automax Preowned location. I was looking at luxury pre-owned cars; the selection was amazing and the service was great. I would recommend this location to others. More

Automax has the best deals. They always have a great selection of pre owned luxury cars at excellent prices. This is the very reason why I chose Automax Preowned to find us our car. I knew you would do exactly that and I would be thrilled....Well, I was right. You did what you said, you kept me informed, you picked a car that you would have bought for your own family, and you did all this with a smile and in a very professional manner.
