This dealership is so unorganized and they do not keep you posted when your car is in there for work they had my car for about three weeks they called me once in the beginning. This is the worst experienc you posted when your car is in there for work they had my car for about three weeks they called me once in the beginning. This is the worst experience I have ever had buying a car. Even after having my car for three weeks still having issues. More
I purchased a BMW 328 here recently and I promised Sal I'd come on line and sing his praises! He went out of his way to make this as comfortable as possible for me and I really truly appreciate all the ha I'd come on line and sing his praises! He went out of his way to make this as comfortable as possible for me and I really truly appreciate all the hard work he put in to making this all come together as I wasn't really the easiest of customers to deal with! Thanks to Kevin also (he's the manager) in appraising and working with me to get a reasonable price on my trade in. More
I am originally from MA and moved to CA. I went to MA to visit relatives this summer. I desperately needed a new car and they raved about Auto Max. I wasn't planning on buying a car and was just looking. visit relatives this summer. I desperately needed a new car and they raved about Auto Max. I wasn't planning on buying a car and was just looking. The salesman was so easy to talk to. All my question were answered by him and by the Manager. I ended up purchasing a car and driving home tp Los Angeles. I was very pleased with the service knowledge and the great price I paid. I wouldn't go anywhere else for a car More
I dont usually do this but I thought everyone that even thinks about going to this dealership should rethink that decision. This is BY FAR the WORST all around dealership I have EVER been to. To begin, I w thinks about going to this dealership should rethink that decision. This is BY FAR the WORST all around dealership I have EVER been to. To begin, I went here looking at a certain car I found online and upon bringing it to me to test drive 3 out of 4 of the rims were destroyed and the rugs were black (supposed to be beige). I mentioned the rims and was told they usually dont fix that because its "used." Next, we discussed my trade and he gave me a BEYOND low ball offer and when I opened the discuss for negotiation he then asked me what I owe on my car. That is irrelevent as I put down a significant down payment. After a long conversation he agreed to give me $18,000 on my trade but we could not meet halfway on the price of the car under interest. About a month later I saw they dropped the price of the car by $1,000 so I thought it was worth a phone call and was reassured by the salesman (JD) that I would be buying a car that day. I drove 45 minutes to Framingham to retest drive the car (which was now missing a side view mirrow) and was sat down and told they were now only going to offer me $16,500 for my car, $17,000 at most. I immediately mentioned we had a deal on the value of my trade and the two men (inlcuding JD) said they dont recall agreeing to this figure. I then stated because they had not sold the car yet (had been sitting on the lot since February, 4 months) they reduced the price by $1,000 and they are trying to recoupe that loss by lowering the value of my trade by $1,000 ($18,000 to $17,000). The manager (never got his name, chubbier guy with a tan) merely shrugged his sholders. The truth of the matter was I was willing to go down to $17,500 on the trade (due to the month that lapsed from my initial visit) but when the manager went back on his word it rubbed me the wrong way. I understand the car buying process is not an enticing experience by any means but these men went back on their word and everyone knows that is just bad business. If they were dishonest and manipulative about the value of my trade, what else would they lie about in regard to the vehicle. I would not reccomend anyone to every pay these con artists a visit, they are rude, phony and though their cars are (at times) priced decently they are not in good condition (i.e. destroyed rims, stained carpets and missing side view mirror). Everyone elses comments on this dealship are nothing but the TRUTH, they deserve a 0 and I would be happy to give them this rating if I could. More
I was in need of a new car. My father recommended them as he had purchased through them. The facility was in pristine condition. It was a very neat and tidy place. Everyone was friendly and willing to help. he had purchased through them. The facility was in pristine condition. It was a very neat and tidy place. Everyone was friendly and willing to help. I didn't have to ask once for help. I was working with Paul DiCarlo who is by far one of the friendliest car salesman I have had the pleasure to work with. He never got angry, or impatient when I was test driving vehicles. He was extremely funny and pleasant. He was very patient and specifically said, "Take your time. I want you to pick the car YOU want and feel great with." We even left the Framingham store to go to the Marlboro store because that's where some of the cars I wanted to test drive were. He took us in his vehicle and was able to hold conversation with us (my father, and my fiance) like he was our friend! He knew what he was doing and made sure I had all knowledge of everything I needed to know. I have already recommended several people to him specifically because of his great customer service. What other salesperson do you know that patient? Not to mention how affordable their prices are! I got a 2011 Dodge Nitro with 31,000 miles on it for under $17,000. Fantastic. Dan in the finance dept. was unbelievably knowledgeable. He made sure I knew everything about everything and didn't hesitate to answer any questions I had. He was well spoken and spoke with confidence and from experience. He was able to help get me a great deal on financing. These guys are the real deal. Go to them. You won't be disappointed. More
Although in the beginning the customer service was great, Automax never followed through with their promise. After spending $35,000 on a BMW X5, I was promised a free second key. Multiple phone calls to Robbie and a month and a half later, still no key. The lack of professional ism and salesmanship have been incredibly frustrating. I'm dealing with BWM from now on. More

When my '97 VW GTI VR6 failed its safety inspection it was time to scan the Internet. I found Automax Preowned (onlynicecars.com) on car.com with a carfax report on a 2012 VW GTI 2.0L Turbo w/6-speed man was time to scan the Internet. I found Automax Preowned (onlynicecars.com) on car.com with a carfax report on a 2012 VW GTI 2.0L Turbo w/6-speed manual transmission - and only 398 miles. Almost too good to be true. Although I was looking for used cars rather than new - this was used previously as a fleet vehicle with low, low milage. My contact there was Issac for Sales and Dan for financial approvals. Issac was very professional and a great guy to work with, and Dan approved my approach to financing with no problems. A trip to my credit union and bank and two days later the car was mine with my old car going to auction on trade in. The car actually had 432 miles on it by the time I test drove it and was very impressed with what I expected from an essentially (new) VW GTI. Issac answered all of my questions about the car that I wanted to know, and was terrific at making me feel comfortable working with him and explaining all of the paperwork involved (including the RMV registration). Ditto for Dan on the financial end of things and explaining the purchase contract. Everything was upfront and on the table - just the way I like it. Kudos to both Issac and Dan for the great service they provided me in purchasing this car. More
Paul DiCarlo is the best salespersoms I have dealt with when it comes to automobiles. His knowledge of the product, no matter what brand, is without peer. I wanted a Saab but it is a dying bread. I would h when it comes to automobiles. His knowledge of the product, no matter what brand, is without peer. I wanted a Saab but it is a dying bread. I would hope all that read this understand if you can't find the product it's one thing but if you do and deal with Paul on a active product and do not commit, it's your loss. Great salesmen should equal GREAT CARS and Paul is number one! Just remember, "I told you!" More
