This last trip was exceptional Gus Dasilva's honesty, knowledge, and integrity will keep me going back there for years to come. When Gus and I went on a test drive the battery was dead and had to be jumped. The car ran fine until I stopped at the grocery store the battery died. I called Gus he dropped everything and gave a jump so we could get back to the dealership. At that point Luis Ruis and Jay (The dream team)were there to ensure the battery was replaced and there would be no further issues. Jay provided me his cell phone number so if there was an issue I could call him directly. I am a repeat customer and the service keeps getting better and better each time. Thanks Team for all of your help. More

Thank God for Jay I purchased a 2012 Acura at the beginning of March 2015. The car's headlight was not working. The salesman said they will fix it. They passed the stat I purchased a 2012 Acura at the beginning of March 2015. The car's headlight was not working. The salesman said they will fix it. They passed the state inspection and gave me the car with the understanding that the headlight problem was fixed. This was not the case. I called to complain and a week later they asked me to bring the car to the mechanic. I did and I picked the car two hours after they said problem was fixed. A day later the headlight stopped working again. I called to complain and was completely ignored. Finally I decided to take the car to Acura since it was still under manufactory warranty. I was told by Acura the car must have been in an accident (despite the clean car facts I was told by the automax sales person). Acura said that the headlight components including the wiring were replaced with second market parts. As a result, the manufactory warranty wouldn't cover the repairs. I ended up paying Acura $130 for diagnostic to find out what this dealer has been hiding all along. I called to complain and thank God I came across Jay Spady who has been nothing but outstanding. Jay immediately ordered all the parts from Acura and within days he called me so I can drop the car off and all repairs were taken care off in 4 hours. If not for Jay, I would have never ever recommend this dealer nor give 5 starts rating. In fact if Jay ever left, I will never ever use this dealer. I am also very disappointed that I was not reimbursed for the $130 I spent at Acura. The GM of automax did not feel like compensating me, completely disregarding the fact that this should never happen in the first place if his team was honest about the headlight issue. What a shame. Once again thanks to Jay Spaddy and the technician that worked on my car. I believe his name was Bernie Visocchi. More

He was extremely helpful throughout the process and was highly knowlegbeable even though he was relatively new at the dealership. My purchase was a smooth process and also, the resident insurance agent researched and was able to get me a lower-priced insurance policy. Great job! More

Great Customer Service I ran into some issues with my car and have been working closely with Jay Spaddy over at AutoMax on working through the Servicing of my car. Even went above and beyond to find a similar car on the lot to mine, called me back to walk me through a fix on problem I was experiencing. He's always prompt and friendly with the status checks when my car has been in for service. AutoMax has a great service department would like to give a special 5 Star Rating shout out to Jay!! More

He got the car to Service at BMW and call me daily to give a status... He then offered to deliver the car for my inconvenience .... When I did go to get the car he made sure there was gas and sent me off.. Excellent service More
I'm out $3,000, horrible experience I couldn't be more frustrated or disappointed. I purchased a car two weeks ago. I was overcharged $3,000, and while Dino and Mike promised to fix it I I couldn't be more frustrated or disappointed. I purchased a car two weeks ago. I was overcharged $3,000, and while Dino and Mike promised to fix it I've yet to get an answer on when I'll see the check. It took three tries to get the car registered in RI, so I didn't receive the car for a full week after I paid for it. And that was only because I told them if they didn't deliver it the deal was off. I paid $824 for registration and document fees, with the understanding that $150 of that fee was to have the car delivered to me in RI. When I pointed that out, I was scolded that it was the fee to have the car registered not delivered. (are you kidding me? what's the other $675 that you charged me?) Dino did deliver the car himself, after I complained about it. I just can't bring myself to believe that there are good intentions with this many issues. I am wondering if I'm ever going to get my $3,000 back or if I've been scammed? More
