Doc fees are high, so make sure your car is completely the way you like it before you pick it up, including keys! Tried to convince me to buy the gap insurance and told me that all oil changes were included for a year. Picked up car, only got "valet key" and was told that I could make an appointment to have a key made, $200+ to make a "key fob". Returned for service and was told that oil changes were no longer included. Thank goodness for Jay and Luis in the service department. They arranged to have a "real key" made for me, in addition to honoring the free oil change that I was promised during the "sales pitch" with the finance person. Overall, I would recommend shopping for a car here, however, just do your homework and get the additional promises in writing. Service department is exceptional. I waited less than an hour for my oil change and key. Service department waiting area was comfortable. More
Amazing service and attention! I have a low credit score and usually I'm treated differently by dealerships the moment it's run. AutoMax treated me the same from beginning to end. I was respected and they worked hard for me as if I had a score of 800. I would send anybody, low or high credit to this very upright and friendly company! With service like theirs, there's really no reason to go to any other dealership. More

Bada bing Bada boom I went to Automax in search of finding a car to replace my totaled 2006 Acura. I saw 2 cars I was extremely interested in online and sent an inquiry r I went to Automax in search of finding a car to replace my totaled 2006 Acura. I saw 2 cars I was extremely interested in online and sent an inquiry regarding these cars. Yasmin in the BDC had responded to me by phone immediately and had invited me in. I spoke with Mike Oullette and we set a day and time to come in. When I arrived in the dealership Mike greeted me as I walked in and said lets go for a ride. He had both the cars I was interested in side by side out front for easy comparison after the test drive of both cars I knew the car for me. I had told Mike I needed the car on Wed as that was the day my rental went back. The team had went above and beyond for me knowing my situation, coming across obstacles and resolving them in time. They even came and picked me up at work to drive me to the dealership and get my car after I had dropped off my loaner a few hours earlier! I got my car the day I needed it with excellent service and full satisfaction this dealership has earned a 10 in my book and I have even already given referrals. My '12 Acura is in meticulous condition and I am soooo happy! If you're looking for a no hassle kind of purchase Mike is a great guy real, real personable and down to earth be sure to ask for him! Using my purchased car +300 miles more I have bought the car last week, the milege was 10200 miles. During the title and parking issue, somebody had using my paid car. Im disappointed. I left the car with them for 1 week. I have 300+ miles more on my car. The manager was very rude. The sale rep, Richardson was very nice and helpful. Im beyond upset. I do not recommend to use their service. More

Awesome deal, good experience here Sam was very helpful and personal in getting me a good deal on my car. I knew exactly what I wanted so he was especially helpful in being patient with me while I did my research on if the car was right. I wasn't able to get exactly what I wanted in my trade-in value and was slightly suprised by the documentation fee, but it was made worth while as they got new tires, breaks and fixed a few minor items on the car. All in all I am very happy with my car and the deal I got as well as with Sam's helpfulness along the way. More
Atrocious customer service and rude salemen I had a miserable experience here where they gave me a hard time about thoroughly examining the car I was interested in, forgot to give me all my pape I had a miserable experience here where they gave me a hard time about thoroughly examining the car I was interested in, forgot to give me all my paperwork, gave me the runaround about getting me my paperwork and cooperating with my bank, brushed me off when I made clear requests, blamed me for not coordinating the paperwork to my bank (paperwork I was not given and communicated this multiple times), and then patronized me when I expressed my frustration. Ultimately, the person who was supposed to be processing my purchase ditched me when I pointed out the mistakes made on the dealerships behalf, so my purchase was completed by the finance manager. This of course was after my dealership representative, Mike Oulette, got frustrated about mistakes made during processing, which blamed me for, and he told me that he was done and that he would get me a refund because he had worked too hard and had had enough. That's when the finance manager stepped in. Had I not been at the concluding process of purchasing my car, and in need of a car for work, by the way it took them two weeks to get me my car, I would have just left. Mike's customer service, if you can call it that, was patronizing, blaming and just generally atrocious. I wouldn't recommend that anyone go through the hassle and belittling that I went through with AutoMax in Framingham. If people do end up at this dealership, hopefully as a last resort, I don't recommend working with Mike Oulette. He was a complete xxxxxxx, high on his own male privilege. He blamed me multiple times for paperwork problems that were the dealerships fault and patronized me for being frustrated about the whole process. I will never recommend automax, especially the one in framingham, to anyone in need of a car. More
