DO NOT TRUST - Warranty Not Valid I purchased a 2014 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sahara in late summer 2016, at the time of purchase I was told by Charles Ross (Salesman) and Dave Kerr (Bu I purchased a 2014 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sahara in late summer 2016, at the time of purchase I was told by Charles Ross (Salesman) and Dave Kerr (Business Manager) that the vehicle was still covered under the manufacturers 3 yr/36k mile warranty....well, now that I need warranty work done, I go to the local Jeep dealer to find out it is not covered, because the Jeep was originally titled in Canada! DO NOT TRUST Automax Preowned, they will lie and deceive you to close a sale. It is also worth noting that they had a deposit from another customer on the vehicle I purchased, and killed their deal because I was in their office and willing to buy that day. More
I love the service department I have bought four cars now from Automax. But I just picked up a rim that was damaged on my BMW 650. The tech, Bernie, did such a nice job. I like the service department. I've never encountered a situation they could not do and do well. The techs know their cars and the prices are well below what you'd pay at a BMW dealership. Don't think so? I used Herb Chambers BMW twice (a while ago) and never again. Herb hit me for $1200.00 for rear brake pads and rotors. Automax charge for the same thing is less than half. Never had a bad experience here. Just the opposite. I use this place all the time. More

Shady service I bought a used car and had to deal with lies dishonesty and overall terrible customer support. They overcharged me 600 on my payoff and told me I would get the difference when it was actually paid off. It took them almost a month before they paid it even though I was promised by multiple people that it would be done in 10 days or less they waited that long because they knew I had already gotten a pre-approval for financing that they would not accept through DCU and made me go through their bank at a higher rate. So they waited so long so my pre-approval ran out and wouldn't be able to refinance it like I planned. So after they finally did pay it they underpaid it by almost $400 even though the amount was on the signed paperwork. I had to chase them down for that money back often being told throughout weeks from various people that it had either already been sent or was on the managers desk waiting for a signature. Which was also a lie and the manager would not take or return my calls. Finally after weeks of this I got through to someone who was straight up with me and told me that no ticket had even been created let alone sent or printed waiting for signature. Eventually I did get back my money but multiple weeks and lies later. If I could give 0 stars I would More

No Value for Money - Rude- Short-term approach - Won't trust My experience with sales was not satisfactory while I bought an SUV few months back. The sales guy mentioned few things and after I purchased he said "he didn't mention it, he didn't mean it". Moreover, he disclosed shortcoming after the sales was complete, car had one remote which he mentioned while handing over the car to me. He wasted my time for me to buy insurance from their in-house insurance representative who initially, he mentioned that is cost effective, after waiting for him for two days I found that the rates were higher than the market rates. Initially, you will feel that you are getting a good price but soon you will realize it was not value for money.Most of the time I had wait to be attended. I won't recommend Automax Framingham. You will find 180 degree change in salesman's behavior before and after you purchase, very rude and highly short-term approach. More

The Finance person who we dealt with was so rude and arrogant to us we walked out and made a complaint. The complaint fell on deaf ears and nothing was done. When they advertise a car is in MINT condition and there are scratched and issues-- HOLD THEM TO IT -- I would go somewhere else, where they treat their customers , male or female with the same respect. Worst car buy experience Horrible experience. I called prior to my arrival and was told there was 2 vehicles that I was looking at still available. I drive over an hour to the Horrible experience. He had me walk the lot to look for the car with him which he never found so had to have someone else to out and find it. This car turns out the guy on the phone and the online details were a lie as it was a base model. I test drove the car the I liked better. Sat and even did negotiations towards a different car. He mentioned he checked to make sure it was available (which I don't find to hold true). As the sales manager came over to look over paperwork he said he couldn't find the vehicle and went to a different room and then sent my sales guy back to tell me the car had sold days ago.... I was beyond pissed as all I did was sit around waiting Probably a total of an hour by myself and wait for my sales guy, never mind drive an hour and call before I wasted my trip. I wouldn't recommend their shady business to anyone. More

He was intent on doing as short a test ride as possible, and as soon as we can came back was intent on getting back into the office to discuss a sale. He wouldn't let us look at the car in the parking lot to checkout the legroom etc. Very pushy!! Very unprofessional, and the least bit transparent. When we told the "final" price he offered didn't work for us, he huffed, and left. Then he called back after 2 days stating he had a good deal. The dealership in general seemed to have a very unwelcoming, seedy appearance to it.. NOT going back here! More
