The only reason for rating it 4 stars instead of 5 is that despite having the car for 6 days after i purchased it as the insurance/registration took awhile, the things that were supposed to be fixed, weren’t which is forcing me to go back and deal with that. Poor service I found the vehicle I wanted online, didn't haggle over the.price (which was priced right) and financed myself. Closing went.fine - Ozzie was good, fair and communicative. I let him know I would be back at the end of the week to pick up. Automax only had to detail, register and inspect. I called ahead the day before and informed them I needed to pick up as soon as I arrived the next day to make it to a family function. When I arivied it was obvious the work hadn't been done and the service dept. had waited until the last minute. I was told "10 minutes" for the inspection decal repeatedly. After waiting 1.5 hours, I was told by a service dept. employee the car couldn't be inspected because of a new battery installed. I drove off completely frustrated, missing my family function, and forced to get it inspected myself. I was made to feel that once the sale was made I was secondary. I also never received the second.key promised. Poor finish to what should have been a routine purchase. More
