I’ve been on the hunt for a Ram 1500 for a while and most of what I have been finding were 2016-2017 in my price range, they had a 2018 sport and it turns out it still had ¾ of the factory warranty on it which sweetened the deal even more. Met with Chris Trombley to check it out, the process went very smooth. I didn't feel pressured to purchase anything and he was helpful to answer any questions I had. Purchased the vehicle and had them throw on new tires and a bed liner and it was all done within a few days! I ended up financing with one of their affiliated banks because BOA doesn't work with independent dealers, they were very close to my rate and I needed gap insurance so it worked out. More

terrible customer service post total loss !!!!! Me and my husband purchased a vehicle with Automax , it was a great vehicle for the past 3 years. unfortunately our car was totaled last month by our Me and my husband purchased a vehicle with Automax , it was a great vehicle for the past 3 years. unfortunately our car was totaled last month by our insurance carrier right in the middle of us moving to another state. we have been trying to cancel our extended warranty for over a month with no help from the financial advisor that we had no the manager Adler! we were told that our information was in storage two weeks ago, since then we have emailed 3 times, called and left numerous messages with no email back or call back from this advisor luis or his manager adler. this is very unfortunate! our gap claim cannot move forward with the help of this dealership with canceling our warranty and we have not gotten any help! it was so easy to collect our funds but now that we need real help there is no one avail and only voicemails without a response! I would not suggest this location at all! when purchasing a vehicle it not only about the quality of the vehicle yet the customer service behind it! when a contract is signed one must take the responsibly to help until the end of that contract! if I could give this location zero stars I would. I am extremely disappointed in the service that we have received here! More

The salesman I worked with, Paul DiCarlo, was top-notch, and saw the sale through to completion. He was personable, knowledgeable, responsive, and very trustworthy. He let the car sell itself; he was not at all pushy or applied any pressure. He kept his promises, and I was very impressed by how the car was inspected and serviced prior to it leaving the lot (including repairs made to it beyond those we had originally agreed upon). They care about their reputation and I would definitely buy another car from them again. More
