We were clear that this vehicle is for me AND I am the one who handles our finances. Time and time again Ernesto would address my husband and not me, and also would give the paperwork to my husband, who would then hand it to me 🙄 then it was a whole ordeal because we wanted to use our bank and they kept pressuring us to use their financing instead. They also kept trying to add on different fees. We held firm and finally made it through the process using our bank, and since then there have been issues with the title and tag paperwork. They are getting 3 stars for the car itself, but we won't be return customers. There are better dealerships out there and better salespeople. I don't recommend this dealership. More
