Easy Buying Experience I had seen the car I wanted online and had intended to purchase it depending on the test drive and inspection. After I decided to purchase the car, we negotiated a fair price as well as a fair trade in allowance. Ryan was pleasant and efficient in processing the paperwork and financials. Overall it took about 2 hours from arrival to departure. I will definitely look to Automax for the next vehicle purchase I may make. More

Dealerships have always left me questioning and second guessing my decisions and their honesty. All of that was thrown out the window. Tammy, my automobile salesperson, and Joe, the finance manager, really strived to be helpful, personable, detailed, and honest. Tammy displayed a harmonious and cooperative spirit and I was taken aback by her candid nature, which you don't see very often in car sales. She gladly shared her expertise and was extremely knowledgeable concerning my wants/needs and her ability to provide it. She effectively managed communication at all levels (lateral, upward, or downward flow of communication). Displayed a genuine interest in listening and addressing the questions and concerns I had. Tammy went above and beyond in her effort to build and habor a strong, and effective professional relationship. Didn't take much to get me looking and interested. I'm sure payments are always top of most people's list, I didn't find out my payment till about halfway signing papers. Yes, I did ask. Was told we would get to that. I didn't ask but did expect some sort of repeat customer incentive. If I got a bit more for my trade because I've been here before, I wasn't told so. Augustus did a pretty good job as my salesman. Told me he had been there about 6 months. My advice is to be as detailed as possible. I'm finding put things on my truck that didn't know were there and should've been told as a added feature. Like Wi-Fi. I'll visit again in the future if need be. Overall time for purchase was about 3.5 hours. More

Excellent salesmanship. Alan was very helpfull. I had searched on the net prior to making an appointment. I called ahead and when I arrived Alan was at the truck that I wanted. He was very helpful and knowledgeable of the truck. We took it for a test ride and every thing worked as it should. We spent a very short time at the desk and off to Scott in the finance office. Scott knew exactly what to do and I was out of there in no time with my new truck. I will recommend Auto Max to my friends. More
