Used car purchase Things were okay. I was not happy being yelled at (and yes I said yelled) by the sales manager. My step daughter had a bag o chips stuck in the machin Things were okay. I was not happy being yelled at (and yes I said yelled) by the sales manager. My step daughter had a bag o chips stuck in the machine and it was the second bag we bought since the first bag got stuck as well. Then a salesman came over and shook the machine trying to get my bag loose. That is when the manager proceeded to yell across the dealership...you almost lost the sale over that. This is NOT how you treat customers. He could have gotten up to see what the problem was. I am very disappointed in this treatment. More

Just Looking... Not!!! Husband and I stopped by to look at inventory of cars, just looking! James came out and was so nice, not pushy.. very polite! Don’t do it! Turn around. Reverse. I need more space. Bottom line is I was lied to and they weren’t willing to make it right.
