Surprisingly impressed I came in looking for a newer truck. First off the atmosphere is very peaceful. I didn't feel pressured or cornered. Good car buying experience Ernesto the salesman was very pateient as I test drove multiple vehicles. He was also knowledgeable about each of the vehicles features which was refreshing because at other dealerships I visited the sales people I met with barely new about cars. So while Ernesto did a good job at selling me a vehicle Joe Fulner the finance manager saved the deal due to some last minute financing issues. The credit union I bank with in Orlando could not finance the vehicle because the dealership does not except site drafts. Keep that in mind when you’re purchasing from Automax. Joe was able to match my rate and terms with a local credit union in Ocala so I completed the purchase. The vehicle is beautiful and was, in my opinion, a good deal compared to some other offers I had. More
