Mostly a good experience, exception is "we Owe" form commitm I would have rated them a 5 across the board, but after a month, and despite the fact that they provided me with a form saying they will provide an ow I would have rated them a 5 across the board, but after a month, and despite the fact that they provided me with a form saying they will provide an owners manual, still not fulfilled, just promises. I searched Automax Oca Easiest car buying experience I've ever had. My husband and I have been sharing a vehicle and it was time to find me something. I searched Automax Ocala online and found a vehicle I was interested in. Sent in the initial email application and figured I'd see what happened. Edgar was the first to reach out. He text me, then called. I waited a day to go look at the vehicle but was greeted immediately. I decided against the car I saw online as it seemed too small for what I was looking for. The decision was one that made mw nervous because I didn't want Edgar to feel as though I wasted both our times. He gracefully and happily assisted us with finding the right fit for ME. I was worried there would be pressure and I'd be pushed into a car I didn't like nor want. None of that happened. I found a car I adore and we got started. Then I went on to meet Frank for the money end of things. He's exceptionally warm and easy to talk to. Everything was explained in detail without me feeling as though I was missing something. I hope I don't need another vehicle for a while, but if I do, I'm returning to Automax Ocala because of Edgar and Frank. More
