Had a rather complicated transaction, trading in lease that needed to be paid off before I could get my new car. Salesman Elijah Rios, (I've bought 3 cars from him) went to lease dealership with me to com that needed to be paid off before I could get my new car. I purchased the car before it was officially put in the lo when it was still parked at the shop. It was a Saturday so there was no one at the shop to give us any information. I noticed the detail job wasn’ lo when it was still parked at the shop. It was a Saturday so there was no one at the shop to give us any information. I noticed the detail job wasn’t very good like maybe it wasn’t completed. When I got the car home, I noticed an interior light that didn’t work and there were no floor mats. I called Rich to ask if there were floor mats. I also asked for him to check with the shop to make sure the inspection was completed. He never called me back. I called and spoke to him a second time and he never called me back. I’ve also realized the misting feature of the wipers doesn’t work. I have to wonder if the inspection and detailing were completed. More
