Buying my luxury car was a very simple process thanks to my salesman Tony Kouretas whose knowledge of vehicles is next to none. As I went along to the finance department I was introduced to Erika Ocampo who handled all my paperwork. This was by far the quickest and easiest process I have ever been through when purchasing a vehicle. Erika has the personality and knowledge to make you feel very comfortable with your large investment. I would absolutely recommend this dealership to all my friends and family. I also recently brought my vehicle in for service and Billy Delacruz the service manger took great care of me. They gave me a loaner vehicle and had me out of there in 10 minutes. I was having issues with my car and finally realized that the service I was receiving from my old auto mechanic was not adequately addressing the ongoing problems. After speaking to a friend of mine who had raved about his mechanic, I asked him where he took his car. My friend Tom, told me about Athans Motors and his service manager, Billy. I called, made an appointment and dropped off my car. Not only did Billy and the tech that worked on my car take care of the issue, but they also found another problem. After I agreed to have the second problem repaired, I was very happy when Billy called and told me that a much smaller issue was the problem. My first transaction with Athans Motors was in 2011. At a close friend's recommendation, I contacted Pete Athans because my father had to quit driving for medical reasons and we needed to sell his car. It was a difficult car to sell, It had high miles, although it was only about a year old (my dad was in outside sales), it lacked luxury options, and it required a payoff to the financer. Despite all of the obstacles, Pete managed to not only sell the car for us at a decent prices but made it an incredibly positive experience for my dad, at a very stressful time in his life. I was so impressed with the way Pete and his team treated us as customers (even though I'm sure he was making next to nothing off the sale), and with his amazing facility, I knew at some point I would be back. In early 2013, I became very disillusioned with the place at which I've had my 1993 Lexus serviced/repaired for many years. I remembered how impressed I was with the Athans facility and decided to give them a try. I couldn't have been more pleased with the experience and the way Billy, Jim and their team of first-rate mechanics and detailers serviced my car and treated me as a customer. Moreover, I felt that they were only doing what the car REALLY NEEDED to have done, and not looking to make next month's mortgage payment off of me. Plus, the price for the work was actually lower than what I had been paying by a much smaller shop. Even the office staff treats you first rate when you're there waiting for service. It's as if your a guest in their home. Since that first visit in March of this year, I've been back three times, twice for "routine" maintenance and once for a larger, unexpected repair to my power windows. Every visit proved to be as consistent and positive as my first experience. Scheduling the appointment at a time easiest for me, having the necessary parts ready when I got there, and even the wait for the work to be completed were all flawless. The price was fair and less than I had been accustomed. Most noteworthy, every time I'm there I never feel like they want to sell me something I don't need or entice me with getting rid of my car and buying something instead. On the contrary, I honestly feel that they want what's best for me and my needs as a person, and now a member of the "Athans Family," even if it means sacrificing potential money in their pocket. This is an exceptional place to do business with outstanding people in every corner of the organization. You can tell they truly have a passion for what they do and how they do it. Based on my experience thus far, when the time does come that I may eventually need/want to replace my car, there will not be any need to go elsewhere but to Athans. More
