I actually drive right past a VW dealer 5 minutes from my house to go to Newtown Square, a half hour away, because they're so much better. I had a clutch burn out at 20k miles -- far too early -- and they went to bat to get VW to cover a big part of the cost of replacement under warranty, which VW normally wouldn't since it's a wear item. Another time they forgot to put my fuel cap back on after fixing a broken fuel door and then drove it the half hour to my house that same evening, even though I told them I didn't mind waiting for them to mail it to me. They always have a loaner for me when I need one. They always communicate clearly throughout the service process. I could go on. They just do service right. More
