The dealership we had been with was not willing to work with us at all since we were under water on our loan and quite frankly I was done with them anyways. In all honesty I was done with VW but I asked a buddy of mine who's in the business for a recommendation and he gave me Andy's number, one of the principals of VW of Newtown. I stopped in and within 5 minutes of talking to Andy I knew this was someone that I want to do business with. It was clear they don't want to just sell you a car they want to become your dealership for your next 10 cars. Not only were they considerate of my time they were extremely upfront about what I could expect and what they were trying to do. When it was all said and done Andy gave us significantly more for our trade in than the dealership we actually purchased it from, he discounted the car and gave me several options to choose from. We decided on an option for a beautiful new Tiguan and an extremely friendly and knowledgable associate walked me through the features and made sure to let me know if I ever have questions that I can always call or text him. This was the best experience I've ever had at a car dealership and I plan on getting an Atlas from them in a couple of years. This is a 10 star operation. More

I met with Chad Condon, the service advisor, and he will be the reason I will continue to take my vehicle to this establishment. After spending awhile the day before getting pre approved and a scheduled test drive on the vehicle the next day I was told "the owners sons friend was in looking at the vehicle" I explained I would give a deposit but told nothing I could do "rich kids parents buying them a vehicle". I was promised a call back to see if it could be delayed. No call back. No courtesy call. No apology. Id prefer to take my business elsewhere, where the customers are valued as much if not more than "the owners sons rich friends". Terrible business. Buyer Beware! More

Total ignorance toward customer service We picked a vehicle, shook on a deal and agreed that our trade in would be picked up from our house within a day or so. (Not running but they were well aware of that) Well it's two weeks later and no one will deal with us and or answer our calls. They have our money and they don't care about us anymore. We get the run around and we have an uninsured vehicle in our driveway that has the title signed over to the dealership and they won't pick it up. They won't even respond to our calls. Terrible service. Keep shopping. Go sownehere else. God forbid we had a problem with our vehicle. More

Searched and found Colonial VW, stopped in and was introduced to Matt Cohen. He listened (very patiently) to all of my questions and went out of his way to find answers. I have purchased a number of new cars in the past and this was by far the most positive car-buying experience I've ever had. There was no hype, no pressure. Chuck handled financing details for me, and even when we got to the stage of discussing options to purchase warranties, it was remarkably low key. Overall, an excellent experience. More
