I found Volkswagen of Newtown Sq shopping on Cargurus for SUV’s. I submitted my info online & received a text back promptly after from sales person Zalia. We setup an appointment a few days later I went in & Zalia greeted me as soon as I walked in she was on a ball from start to finish. I went on a test drive loved the suv & we started the paperwork right away she made the process so smooth & stress free. She was very kind, courteous & knowledgeable about the vehicle. The only down part was that I was financing with a trade in & a low credit score so that can be a headache, but Rick did an amazing job working with different banks to get me approved & after patiently waiting on approval from the banks I got approved & drove away in a beautiful new suv!!! Everyone there was nice & pleasant. I would recommend them to anyone!!! Good experience!!! More

I actually drive right past a VW dealer 5 minutes from my house to go to Newt Their customer service goes so far above and beyond it's extraordinary. I actually drive right past a VW dealer 5 minutes from my house to go to Newtown Square, a half hour away, because they're so much better. I had a clutch burn out at 20k miles -- far too early -- and they went to bat to get VW to cover a big part of the cost of replacement under warranty, which VW normally wouldn't since it's a wear item. Another time they forgot to put my fuel cap back on after fixing a broken fuel door and then drove it the half hour to my house that same evening, even though I told them I didn't mind waiting for them to mail it to me. They always have a loaner for me when I need one. They always communicate clearly throughout the service process. I could go on. They just do service right. More
