Doesn’t meet my standards On 7/5 I called about an airbag sensor issue, I was told it would be $160 for a diagnostic charge. I explained my car had been having issues and that On 7/5 I called about an airbag sensor issue, I was told it would be $160 for a diagnostic charge. I explained my car had been having issues and that I had been working with the former owners. New owners didn’t want to accommodate my unresolved issue. The overthinkiner I am; I asked if my airbag was going to deploy at any point or if it could just be a sensor issue. Was told it wouldn’t deploy but they couldn’t tell if it was a sensor issue without running the diagnostic... told them I’m not in the position to pay for the diagnostic fee for it to end up being nothing... later in the week I received a recall letter from VW saying my airbag CAN deploy at anytime and may seriously injure or kill me... I’d think a VW dealer would of known about the recall and been able to help when I originally called. I ended up taking my car in for the recall repair, my sensor is still on... I’m not sure why the issue STILL wasn’t addressed but it’s clear that the new owners are not concerned with customer satisfaction. More
Horrible excuse of a dealer Took my car to get diagnosed because it was giving me a million problems and the dealer was not able to diagnose my car properly because it was “too l Took my car to get diagnosed because it was giving me a million problems and the dealer was not able to diagnose my car properly because it was “too low” for their lift. I understand it’s under new management but no one there can figure out how to put a car on a lift, they shouldn’t be working on cars at all. Advice for the technicians next time a low car comes to get diagnosed, “drive the car up on a 2x4.” Advice for future customers, “Go somewhere else.” More
A great experience I had scheduled maintenance for my vehicle and showed up for it, but the online system didn't log the appointment. They still took care of me quickly. I left my vehicle, got a call two hours later that everything was done, with charges less than estimated. It's hard to think of a better experience given the conditions. I'll be back! More

Service They recently changed ownership as I remember them when they were YBH. I so much prefer this place over other VW dealers as it is much more relaxed and quiet as opposed to othes like the one in Ardmore and Downingtown. You have a new customer. More
