He was extremely knowledgable on all aspects of the car (Atlas SE). Rob was great explaining the different options between the S and the SE as well as the SEL. Not once did I feel pressured to buy nor did I feel like I was taking too much time. When we finally made our decision the sales manager, Ed, came out and quoted me a price that was considerably lower then another dealership that I had visited. We agreed on the price and I was then introduced to Bill Belland who took care of the finances and paperwork. While doing the paperwork the General Manager, Andy George, came in to introduce himself and insure that I was happy with everything. Finally, Rob took me out to the car, paired my phone, setup my radio favorites, explained every button and accessory...etc etc. Perfect from start to finish! I'll be back! More

Great service and very friendly staff I purchased my first VW this week, and I couldn’t have had a better experience. We had been looking at the Atlas for a few months, knowing after our f I purchased my first VW this week, and I couldn’t have had a better experience. We had been looking at the Atlas for a few months, knowing after our first test drive that it was the family car for us. Matt was great about keeping in touch with me while we prepared to buy and waited for our Toyota Highlander lease to run out. When we were ready to purchase, Matt was nice enough to work out a deal over text/call because my daughter was sick that day. I came in that night and took the vehicle out for another test drive, and signed my papers to lease. Came back the following Monday to work out the finances, and took my car home. Matt and Bill were wonderful to work with, and truly deliver top-notch service. I have already recommended their services to a few family members/friends, and I would be happy to do business there again myself when the lease for our Atlas runs out. Also, the car is wonderful and we are really enjoying all of the features. More
