When i called there i was told they stopped taking service calls even after i told them it was a easy fix and just needed a tire plugged. Then i proceeded to call a few more places none dealerships and they were all able to help me out. But i really wanted this done by a certified VW mechanic so i tried VW of Newtown Square as i know i was about to pass them as i was driving home. Amie i believe answered the phone very professionally and had great customer service tone right off the bat... she told me they can help and will be waiting on my arrival. So long story short great customer service on Amie's part and very friendly and clean dealership. I did take it back for my oil change a month later and received the same service that i appreciated from the first visit. More

Finding the car you want in two jiffies Walked in. Was met by a pleasant salesman. Told him I wanted a 2019 Beetle. Decided on color and trim. I winked at her. We walked into see my salesman, and then she knew I was serious. Now I have the last beetle that VW will ever manufacture. And I still have my first car ever, a splendid 1964 Java green beetle that cost me $1860. It has white wall tires and looks like a gem. Now I have two gems. More
