I've been thrown to the wolves in other dealerships just trying to move inventory, but this purchase was the exact opposite of that in every way possible. Problem still exits I bought this CPO 2013 VW Jetta TDI Premium and from day one it had problem. I took it to fix the problem which was not recognized to begin with while I bought this CPO 2013 VW Jetta TDI Premium and from day one it had problem. I took it to fix the problem which was not recognized to begin with while I drove back 2nd day to physically show the problems. 1. Complete turn of the vehicle makes grinding noise and whatever they fixed and charged me $50.00 co-pay its still not fixed. 2. Both outside mirror heat never worked and they stated no code was found to fix and it still do not work. 3. I was sold the car stating 4 new tires while 1 tire got bubble within 2/3 months of driving when I noticed and I was told the best they can do is to share the cost 50/50 for the tire of $140.00, while the same tire is in the market for $77.00 The only thing they fixed was adjusting the wiper blade which was hitting the top. More
