Seemed okay at first I originally got my lease here and everything ran pretty smoothly 3 years ago. Have gotten services done since the new ownership and everything was al I originally got my lease here and everything ran pretty smoothly 3 years ago. Have gotten services done since the new ownership and everything was alright. Just went in to buy out my lease and everything was very disorganized. I was with a new sales guy who was very nice but he kept having to get his manager involved with everything (which I understand, he’s training). That sales manager was very shady with me and would beat around the bush instead of giving me direct answers that I requested. They kept trying to confuse me to upsell me on a new car/lease. I myself am also a sales manager in another industry and knew exactly what they were doing and would call them out on it, but the manager still tried to play tricks on me. He was trying to prevent me from putting down any down payments to lower my monthly cost. At one point he came out to say “Congrats, you’re approved for no money down with X bank.” I noticed I got notifications from Credit Karma on my phone about multiple inquiries for X, Y, and Z banks, so I asked him why my credit was checked so many times and I’m only being offered to use 1 bank. All of a sudden the other banks came in with their results and they approved me with lower interest rates! There was an issue with my inspection too. My inspection was out and I expected I would just get my car inspected there since I was buying it out from there anyway. I went in and agreed to some of the recommended services, but suddenly I had to come in another day to get it done because it was too late in the day. Okay, fine, I’ll sign the paperwork then. I went in the next day to wait another few hours and have the work done for them to tell me they can’t do my state inspection because they “ran out of stickers” and that I should go get my inspection done somewhere else. My car was already expired and needed it, and we specifically had agreed to get it all done that day. They were technically trying to get me to drive off their lot in a car with expired stickers! After refusing to sign any of the paperwork to finalize the deal, suddenly I was offered a loaner car to let them handle it until the next day. Everything seemed to finish off okay for me, but I feel very bad for someone who’s gullible and goes in there to buy or lease from them because that person will get ripped off. The icing on the cake is the fact that it’s been a month since I went in there and bought out my car, and my insurance agent informed me the dealership never once contacted her to get the leinholder changed or even verify I had insurance. According to my agent, they didn’t even call the 1-800 number of the insurance company to change it either. I’m not sure I’ll go out of my way to go back here for future services at all. It’s a shame bc the services I’ve gotten done here are decent, but that sales experience is a huge turn off to use them for anything again. I definitely would not recommend them to anyone looking to buy/lease a car, unless they know how to play the game properly. More

It didn't take us long time to get into the agreement over a car and price. This was because there was no unnecessary marketing pitch or back and forth discussion about price.
