I appreciated the no-pressure approach, and that everyone took the time to make sure I understood how the car is backed by both the manufacturer (through the warranty) AND the dealership itself (there are a few small perks to buying here, like a free first oil change and free inspections). It had been detailed so well it looked new even though it was a 2013. Josh was our sales person and did things well. He was efficient, and knowledgeable. My wife does not drive so he offered to drive the car to our house in Philadelphia which he did the next morning. We were pleased with our buying experience. More
