I feel that my time at AutoLand was excellent. The sales department was exceptional. David Lutz was my saleman and he showed me all the possible cars I could get in my price range. When I selected the Rav department was exceptional. David Lutz was my saleman and he showed me all the possible cars I could get in my price range. When I selected the Rav4, he showed me all the options as far as leasing, buying, etc. I did not at all feel pressured into leasing right at the moment I was there. He also let me look around on my own and was available for any questions I had. The only minor issue I had was when I went to get my car serviced. I only went in for a simple oil change (at 7:30am on a Saturday) and I was there for about 2-2.5 hours. I don't feel that if I was there that early in the morning I should have gotten my car back much sooner. More
