From the moment we set foot in the parking lot, we were warmly greeted by Chidi. We chatted briefly as he escorted us to his office. Also, the showroom was beautiful. This was the best experience ever in buying a car, mainly because of the professionalism and integrity of the indiviuals who helped us. 1. I have recommended the dealership to a co-worker. I would not have done that unless I was satisfied. 2. Joseph Catena closed the sale and was good, however Humberto did the follow-up and he was GREAT would not have done that unless I was satisfied. 2. Note we, Dolores and I, spent at least 3 hours with Humberto and perhaps 15 minutes with Joseph. I never had to ask for anything twice...one request to Humberto and it was done then or at the approiate time. 3. All the personnel at your dealship were quite friendly. Always getting a greeting and a smile. (Go to another dealership and you will know why I even mention this.) 4. Something I do not like...The Pop-Up at the end. All that legalize when all I'm doing is answering a question request from you. That gives me a bad feeling. I only continued because of the good will of the personnal at the dearship. More

I went to Autoland to test drive a Sequioa, it was a bit out of my price range. Joe Catena and staff were extremely accomodating and showed me alternatives.
