WE HAD AN AWESOME VISIT. VANESSA FRANCES ATTENDED TO OUR EVERY NEED AND ADDRESSED OUR EVERY CONCERNS. SHE LISTENED ATTENTIVELY AND ANSWERED EVERY QUESTION. AUTOLAND HAS BEEN MY FAMILY'S DEALERSHIP OF CHOICE SINCE THE EARLY 1990'S AND THERE WAS A TIME THE FINANCE MEN WERE NOT SO VISIBLE. THEY WERE THE MEN BEHIND THE DOOR. YOU DIDN'T SEE THEM. THEY WERE UNTOUCHABLE!!!! LOL. BUT THOSE DAYS ARE LONG GONE . EVERYONE IS VERY FRIENDLY. UPON OUR ARRIVAL WE WERE ESCORTED TO MS. VANESSA'S OFFICE THIS AGAIN MADE US FEEL OUR VISIT MATTERED. THE BUILDING IS VERY CLEAN. THE COFFEE AND ,HOTCHOCOLATE ARE ALWAYS AVAILABLE AS WELL AS FRUIT.. AND THE POPCORN IS THE BEST. WE LIKE THE CHILDREN PLAY AREA . WHO EVER HELPED WITH THE REMODELING AND WAS PART OF CUSTOMER NEEDS AND CUSTOMER RELATIONS CONSIDERED EVERYTHING FROM SOUP TO NUTS. NO ROCK WAS LEFT UNTURNED. I came to this dealership to test drive a Toyota Prius. I was not expecting much if could make a good deal of the Prius since I need to trade my 2010 Honda Accord.
