My Experience with Autoland was great. The sales representative took the time to make sure that all my questions was answered and was able to explain the benefits of each car. The only problem I had was the Financial Associate/Advisor who kept on forcing me to purchase an extra coverage which I did not need nor want and the waiting for someone to put gas in the car I purchased. I was waiting for about an hour for the car to get pump up with gas. Other than that, everything else was fine. More

Went in to Autoland & was greeted very professionally. The salesman was very kind and took the time needed to answer any questions we had. The test drive experience was great, no hassle. We had our young daughter with us, and as the time went on she got restless, however the salesman did his best to please her & keep her happy,. The dealership had lots of fun things for the kids, free pizza, tv toys etc. The car is great, Purchased a new Sienna, the process from salesman, manager to finance went smooth and as expected. The delivery was late at night & they missed a few spots in cleaning, but quickly and effectively resolved that the next day., The finance manager we worked with, Steve was very professional & did his best to get me the best rate he could. Every aspect of customer service experienced here was great, the best part is that there was no pressure to purchase, and that was a relief from years past experience. All in all I would definitely get my next car here again. More

THEY WERE UNTOUCHABLE!!!! LOL. BUT THOSE DAYS ARE LONG GONE . EVERYONE IS VERY FRIENDLY. UPON OUR ARRIVAL WE WERE ESCORTED TO MS. VANESSA'S OFFICE THIS AGAIN MADE US FEEL OUR VISIT MATTERED. THE BUILDING IS VERY CLEAN. THE COFFEE AND ,HOTCHOCOLATE ARE ALWAYS AVAILABLE AS WELL AS FRUIT.. AND THE POPCORN IS THE BEST. WE LIKE THE CHILDREN PLAY AREA . WHO EVER HELPED WITH THE REMODELING AND WAS PART OF CUSTOMER NEEDS AND CUSTOMER RELATIONS CONSIDERED EVERYTHING FROM SOUP TO NUTS. NO ROCK WAS LEFT UNTURNED.
