JIM RICHTER AND SALVATORE ARE CRIMINALS 2009 Highlander. 5 visits for the same water leak. As my vehicle sat for weeks on the 4th visit, I contacted my advisor who told me the truth. He was 2009 Highlander. 5 visits for the same water leak. As my vehicle sat for weeks on the 4th visit, I contacted my advisor who told me the truth. He was instructed to lie to me on the 3rd and present visit as to what "work" was being preformed to remedy the water leak. When infact, my vehicle sat untouched for weeks at a time with no work being preformed because by this point they were losing money. It's a commission based salary, so who do you think pays for all the work that customers don't pay for? That's right! It comes out of all their wages, and this is a disgusting busniess practice. That you have to treat the customers in such away just to make money. Unethical, and possibly criminal. I'm sure the Warranty companies woul love to hear about all the work that was invoiced for but not preformed. All profit with no actual parts and labor. This dealership's service department has lost my trust. It's put the entire industry under a dark shadow. I would not recommend this service department to anyone, infact I would go out of my way to theater anyone from going. And if you do, I hope you don't have to listen to Jim's runaround answers when you ask clear and direct questions. It's obvious he's in sales for so long. He's got a smoke and mirrors answer for everything. BUYER BEWARE. APPROACH WITH CAUTION!!!! More
