STAY AWAY!!! ! My father (67 years old) was told his car will cost $13,500. When he got home and we looked at his contract, the total price of the car was over $21 ! My father (67 years old) was told his car will cost $13,500. When he got home and we looked at his contract, the total price of the car was over $21,000. During the transaction, the finance manager and salesman only mentioned the price of the car not including the interest. They led him to believe he was buying a car for $13,500 but with interest, the total is actually $21,000! When I took a further look into the contract, I found that the finance manager and salesman added OPTIONAL warranties to the contract without his permission in the sum of $5,500. The actual price of the car was about $8,000. Instead of telling him the price of the car, they communicated the price of the car including “optional warranties” that we did not need. When we returned the following day (24 hours), the sales manager and finance manager refused to acknowledge any wrongdoing and did not honor a return. When i asked them for the bank information so I can cancel the loan process, they refused to give me the loan information in fear that i would call the bank interrupt the loan process. I would not recommend anyone purchase a car from this dealership. They operate under poor and unethical business practices. They took advantage of an old man that trusted them. More
