No courtesy call car was sold I made an appointment a day in advance to see a specific car. After sitting an hour in traffic, I arrived to hear the car had already been sold. Not sure if they are running a bait and switch operation here, but no courtesy call that a car I had an appointment to see was sold is unacceptable. The two sales representatives did not apologize and simple wanted to show me "another" jeep. Very disappointing More

Not honest , they’re very helpful until you’ve paid . I purchased a 2019 4runner for around $33000 at the beginning of the year , part of the negotiations and deal was that they would give me a Trd pro ro I purchased a 2019 4runner for around $33000 at the beginning of the year , part of the negotiations and deal was that they would give me a Trd pro roof rack and I paid an extra $690 plus taxes for a Toyota remote start system . I also added another $200 to the deal to ensure that the rack was included. Basically a month later and they have been giving me the runaround , over the month the salesperson constantly told me that the part had been ordered but was taking long because it was being shipped from Japan , he also told me that the remote start had been ordered and they had booked me a separate shop that wasn’t a Toyota shop , this happened towards the end of the month , on questioning them whether the original Toyota remote start would be installed there they told me that the original wasn’t being manufactured anymore ( I see it selling on all Toyota websites) and that the one being installed was an aftermarket remote start system , to which I replied that I didn’t want an aftermarket system , I wanted the same remote start that comes installed from new and that’s what I paid for , they agreed to refund my $690 plus tax which I agreed to . Within the same conversation they told me that Toyota wouldn’t send the rack because there was a stop order on the part and Toyota wasn’t sending the racks either . I immediately called another Toyota dealership and they told me that it was available and could be shipped to me within a week ! So the remote start should be easy to resolve but the rack won’t be . They have now told me that the rack would not be sent , a week and a half ago the salesperson ( Ralph Mitchell) offered me a total of $850 for a $690 (plus tax )remote start and a rack that costs $699 (plus tax) , never mind the $200 extra I gave them to seal the deal. The following day they offered me $1100 which I still don’t agree to , the last conversation I had was with a manager named Orin McKay and he offered me the $690 for the remote start and $200 for the rack stating that this was their cost for the rack from Toyota, even less than they had offered me previously ! It has been very frustrating, a month and a half later and I’m still waiting for my money . I have read this in other reviews “they’re very interested in you before the sale , as soon as they get their money it changes , calls aren’t answered , emails aren’t answered etc. Avoid them the other dealerships have to be better than this , I hope .
