Representative from finance office of the dealership lied to me about purchase options at the end of my lease claiming customers cannot pay directly to Toyota Financial Services and the only way to purchase to me about purchase options at the end of my lease claiming customers cannot pay directly to Toyota Financial Services and the only way to purchase the car is through dealerships. This is clearly not true. Autoland is charging almost $1,500 for documentation fee and DMV docs. More
