The Springfield Toyota service center was amazing! I brought my car in for a diagnostic because of a noise I was hearing and the team took a long time to help me out even though my appointment was alr I brought my car in for a diagnostic because of a noise I was hearing and the team took a long time to help me out even though my appointment was already a bit later in the day! They test drove my car numerous times and performed several different tests until they were able to pinpoint the sound and eventually they figured it out. Myrna was wonderful to work with, she really went above and beyond helping me out. Any questions I had she answered, and she helped to make sure I was informed the entire time my car was being worked on. I am so happy with the service provided by the entire team and couldn’t have been happier to drive out of there knowing my car was fixed and safe to drive again.
