I had an 8AM appointment and was taken immediately into the service area. My service advisor greeted me and we went over my concerns. After about an hour, he came back to me and went over the condition the service area. My service advisor greeted me and we went over my concerns. After about an hour, he came back to me and went over the condition of my car and pointed out some additional areas to go over besides my original ones. At that point, we agreed what would be done and the time needed for the work and the cost. He arranged my transport home and called me when work was done and again arranged transport from my home to the dealership. I have been having my car servied here for 11 years. During that time I have had many different adviors, some better than others, and I must say David was one of the best. More
I have been going to Autoland for several years and have always received the best service. The service personnel are very friendly and courteous and keep you informed about when your vehicle will be ready. always received the best service. I have never had to return to Autoland with my vehicle because there was a problem and their service was always completed in a timely manner. Service was very good and Advisor David Wong went all-out to make sure that I was completely satisfied. One issue though which had nothing to do with him was the service fee imposed on payment using credit c to make sure that I was completely satisfied. One issue though which had nothing to do with him was the service fee imposed on payment using credit card. I should have been told when I made the reservation because over the decades in all Toyota dealerships, I always paid using my credit card and was never charged a 3.5% service fee. I was so surprised when the cashier told me that I could pay with a debit card, cash, or a personal check. Since I had none of these at that time, I had no choice but to unhappily pay the service fee. More
