I came in for an oil change and tire rotation. I was a day over the grace period for the Toyota care service one month grace. David Wong was so professional, experienced, and then splendid. He tried to help me navigate the stress and challenge of paying out of pocket for the service that day just because it was one day over. My job schedule was tight and that was the nearest possible date I saw in their calendar that worked with my availability. I made several calls to Toyota service but nothing meaningful came out. Mr. Wong was there all through with me with his encouragement. He focused on my needs and addressed each of my concerns while encouraging me to do what I felt was best for me at that material time. My experience with him during that was that he had great customer service skills and there were also so satisfying to me. However, I still pray Toyota care will refund me the money I paid for that day servicing the car out of courtesy and because I have been a good customer. thanks More
