I didn't purchase my Toyota at this dealership but I’m leaving this review everywhere that is affiliated with Toyota because I don’t understand how a massive company like Toyota can sell me a damaged vehi leaving this review everywhere that is affiliated with Toyota because I don’t understand how a massive company like Toyota can sell me a damaged vehicle as a Brand New vehicle (2022 Toyota Tacoma) and get away with it!!. I understand that Toyota didn’t realize that the factory installed roof rack was improperly installed at the factory which caused water to run down the inside of the interior which caused mold to grow throughout the inside of my interior and airbags leaving an overwhelming smell of mildew but that is exactly what happen. The water also ran throughout the inside of the dashboard which caused massive electrical damage, I’m sure this truck will have electrical issues for as long as it runs. This truck spent over 6 weeks is the shop and has been to the dealership multiple times, but Toyota will still not give me my money back. Be smart and don’t buy a Toyota as they obviously don’t care at all about customer values. It’s a shame that a billion dollar company like Toyota treats their loyal customers (not anymore) this way. I came in for an oil change and tire rotation. I was a day over the grace period for the Toyota care service one month grace. David Wong was so professional, experienced, and then splendid. He tried to help me navigate the stress and challenge of paying out of pocket for the service that day just because it was one day over. My job schedule was tight and that was the nearest possible date I saw in their calendar that worked with my availability. I made several calls to Toyota service but nothing meaningful came out. Mr. Wong was there all through with me with his encouragement. He focused on my needs and addressed each of my concerns while encouraging me to do what I felt was best for me at that material time. My experience with him during that was that he had great customer service skills and there were also so satisfying to me. However, I still pray Toyota care will refund me the money I paid for that day servicing the car out of courtesy and because I have been a good customer. thanks More
