Autofair Volkswagen is an amazing dealership. I bought a used truck from them on a Sunday close to closing time and they had me out with the truck in 2 hours. Makayla Fulgoni was such a wonderful I bought a used truck from them on a Sunday close to closing time and they had me out with the truck in 2 hours. Makayla Fulgoni was such a wonderful salesperson and was super helpful throughout the process working very well with her finance manager. I had a few concerns with the vehicle like not having a second key and they promised to get me a new one for free. Thats my 6th car I've bought from them and I'll go back again as long as they have something I'm interested in. More

Thought service would be a bit more understanding about my issue. Instead, tech told the service advisor that the reason my rotors were discolored was because of extremely hard braking. He actually said it was from going like 100mph and slamming on my breaks.?!?😡. Keep in mind this car was purchased with 20k miles on it from dealer in 2021. 2 months later needing pads and rotors. Not how I exactly wanted to spend $6hundred plus dollars. More
Drove about 85 miles to get a part for my daughter's car. Got here about 445 and as I got out of my daughter's car smelled a burned brake! Left rear was smoking! Got the part, went to the service department and proceeded to have the most remarkable help from Frank Cisewski and Jamal Bell and their guys. I asked if the could free up the caliper so I could get home and they responded by offering to stay late and fix both calipers, parts and all. Amazing! So these guys go way "above and beyond" for customer satisfaction. Do yourself a favor, this is a Dealership that walks the talk. A rare thing these days. More
