Steven, I am sorry to hear about your experience with AutoFair Subaru. When a business is sold often times the existing customer base may not experience the same level of service that they have been accustomed to, people know them and their vehicles almost on a personal level. In this case the majority of the Singer service department staff is still intact from the technicians to parts employees, the cashiers and even Nancy our long term advisor who seems to be a favorite of everyone that she encounters. I have recently (June 6th) joined the company as General Manager with over 30 years experience satisfying customers. My directive from the owner when hired was simple: having happy employees and happy customers is the only way to ensure success. You may have already begun to see a positive trend with review sites like this however it does not take away the fact that we failed you. Local customers are the life blood of any business and I would love the opportunity for a second chance, if that is not possible I respect your choice and wish you well. Thank you.
