When unexpected complications developed, John made sure to get us a loaner car immediately, even getting several of the Techs to help my wife transfer a load of groceries to the loaner. In addition, the Tech ("Ralph") did an outstanding job of diagnosing an intermittent CHECK ENGINE light, discovering a problem that several other Subaru dealerships had failed to find. Erik Figueroa invited us to come into the showroom. He even drove a Forester up to the front door for us to look at before we left. We called Erik after the weekend and made an appointment to further pursue a purchase or lease of a Subaru Erick was genuinely interested in our finding the right model for us. Erik is thorough, knowledgeable, and showed no pressure. Erik is at the top of the list of consultants we have worked with over the years. We signed the papers yesterday to lease a new, blue, 2016 Forester Premier. That says it all! Goes The Extra Mile! In the fall of 2015 I was in need of an new automobile. My first criteria was that it needed to be a safe car and it needed to keep its value. Living in Massachusetts I also wanted to make sure the vehicle would perform great in New England weather. After doing some research I decided on a Subaru. Erik was my salesperson and I could not have been happier. I explained what I was looking for and he really listened. He introduced me to the Outback and the Forester. At no time was he ever pushy. He explained the features of both vehicles and answered every question. Needless to say I purchased the Outback and am so happy with my purchase. When it was time to take possession of my brand new Outback I was unable to make it to the dealership before closing hours. Erik went the extra mile and personally delivered my new Outback to my place of employment!
