I appreciate you taking the time to provide feedback and I have done some research into your concerns. I spoke with my Parts Manager, Branden Guillemette and he is unaware of denying any returns, but assures me that if you were sold incorrect parts, we will absolutely get those returned for you. As far as creating solutions from our parts bins, this is not something we typically do. We perform repairs to Subaru standards and 100% stand behind all of our work. I am happy to hear that you were able to modify and repair your panel. We pride ourselves on staying extremely competitive and I personally perform market surveys to ensure we are in line with competitors. In addition, we do our best to match prices whenever possible so please do not hesitate to let me know if you see a special offer.
