Hello Lisa. My name is Rob McDermott and I am the Parts and Service Director here at AutoFair Subaru. Thank you for taking the time to fill out your review as often times mistakes create opportunities for us to improve. I looked into your service visit and completely agree that 80 minutes is way too long to wait for an oil change. It appears that we did not have the correct oil filter for your Jeep and had to order one in and for this I apologize. We are looking at ways to refine our scheduling process to ensure we have available parts for non-Subaru vehicles prior to appointments. We are also addressing the breakdown in communication as your brakes are not yet in need of replacement, but the tech results should have absolutely been reviewed with you prior to you leaving. Due to the myriad of mistakes, I would like to offer to cover the cost of your next oil change for you (which should be due at 63.946). Please call me directly when you are ready to schedule and I will personally handle getting this taken care of. (603) 851-3601. Thank you
