Extremely Satisfied with AutoFair Subaru & Brendon Campbell, Fellow Car Buyers, I purchase a Subaru BRZ from AutoFair Subaru. In fact I picked it up today. A large part of my satisfaction with this dealership Fellow Car Buyers, I purchase a Subaru BRZ from AutoFair Subaru. In fact I picked it up today. A large part of my satisfaction with this dealership was due to the experience that I had with Product Specialist, Brendon Campbell. Brendon greeted me a the door as soon as I entered and assisted through out the sale process. Brendon was professional, knowledgeable, totally helpful and completely considerate. Frankly, I felt respected during the complete sale with him assisting me. Let's face it we all spend a significant amount of our financial assets purchasing a auto, being treated kindly and fairly is extremely important. Needing to get her another car quickly, everything went according to plan. Since I needed a veteran plate, that process was relatively efficient. I had the car off the lot within a few days; immaculate shape. Best part was that my wife felt secure in the new 2018 because it was not much different in terms of size and feel. Ameer treated me well and was pleasant throughout. I would recommend him without hesitation. More

Ameer turned it all around made the experience as painless as possible and I am now the proud owner of my first Subaru! While I live in Louisiana (hello unreported flooding), I felt more comfortable purchasing my car back in my home state of MA. While this may have made the sale a little more complicated of his end, Ameer worked with me to make sure we found a car I loved at a fair price. He was so helpful and accommodating - he even fed us some delicious homemade chili and rice while we were working out a price (he definitely understands how to keep folks happy). He has even continued to follow up and touch base via call and text while I have gotten the LA plates and registration sorted prior to picking up the vehicle. I can't say enough good things about working with Ameer and his follow through and will definitely recommend him to family and friends in the future! More
Worst Sales Team In North America Went into Autofair Subaru Haverhill with intentions of buying a car and quickly found that their management and sales associates were jokes. Asked to test drive the car I had been looking at online and was told that they didn't do test drives. Follow-up comment after was "If it were a Lamborghini you wouldn't want miles on it would you?". Lamborghini's apparently, are in the same class as a Subaru if you weren't aware. The Lamborghini line must be something they teach during their on-boarding training sessions, completely comical. Pictures of the car online showed that the odometer had (13) miles on it and all the paperwork noted that the mileage was (3). So, that's a clear indication that the car was test driven before I asked to test drive it. However, I was denied a test drive and wasn't even allowed to sit in the car to get a feel for it. Asked the sales rep to see the car and they forgot the keys inside the building. Not only did I not get to test drive the car I wasn't even able to see the inside because of a lazy sales rep. I was told that payments are expected to be between $500-$600 a month and was offered the car at sticker price + fees for a total of $38,000. So, I'm not allowed to drive the car first, I have to pay sticker price, and, I can't even at least sit in the car? All of these factors were red flags for me to run as fast as I can. Prior to my visit to Autofair I went to (2) other dealerships that were able to run my credit and give me payments around $400-475. I was even able to test drive at one of the dealerships. I was given prices for the car around $31,000-$32,500. I decided to go to another dealership instead and was even told that it might be possible to do a dealer swap. Jose Oliver, the "General Sales" manager refused to do the dealer swap and had the sales rep reach out to me again. This time the sales rep that never even ran my credit calls and says "I understand this car was out of your price range but, I can offer you USED 2016 models instead.". How can you assume I can't afford a car when you didn't even run my credit? Putting $10,000 down but, I can't afford it? Jose Oliver, the "General Sales" manager contacted me asking me how my visit was and I told him honestly that it was terrible. I also illustrated that regardless of my visit if he would personally sell me the car I would be interested. Please take the time to go to a different Subaru dealership. More

Happy new Subaru owner I was looking for a Subaru Forester to replace my 10 year old vehicle and chose Autofair for the close proximity to where I live. I was greeted by Serg Orlov when I arrived and he asked what he could help me with. I told him I wanted a new Forester and that I had researched the car models and options and knew what I wanted. I told him I wanted to drive one first and go to my home to ensure it fit in my garage which he happily obliged. Once we returned we went over all the packages of options and he searched for what I wanted. I wanted a blue one and that was nonnegotiable. I knew that meant I may have to alter my options to suit their inventory and I was fine with that because a few items I had not decided on. We found a few and I chose the one that best suited my needs. I was able to get the car I wanted in the color I wanted and got it for a price I felt comfortable with. Serg was very nice to work with. He answered my questions and worked with me to find me the car I wanted. I would recommend the dealership and Serg. I was happy to not have to go around to other dealerships to find what I wanted. Everyone we worked with there was helpful and they seemed like a family that worked well together. I look forward to dealing with them for my service needs. After being a 5 time Saturn owner I was not looking forward to having to negotiate to get what I wanted (at Saturn everyone paid the same price for the same car and options so buying was easy and less stressful). Serg made it a wonderful buying experience. More

LEMON 2012 vw golf gti Bought a mk6 gti last Saturday, dealt with Katarina. After buying the car and picking it up I popped the hood and noticed coolant leaking out of a hos Bought a mk6 gti last Saturday, dealt with Katarina. After buying the car and picking it up I popped the hood and noticed coolant leaking out of a hose, and noticed that the oil filter had a date on it starting it was last changed in January. Then i pulled out the dip stick and the engine was over filled a lot. Like someone just topped it off with newer oil but didn't check the level after. So I told them about that and they told me it would be a 45 min fix, I ended up waiting 2 1/2hours. This car is supposed to be pre own certified. Which means it was fully inspected top to bottom to make sure everything functions how it should. But as you can tell with my issues, it's highly likely that it was never checked over and if it was it wasn't checked right. The next day I noticed my clutch slipping in 3rd 4th 5th and 6th gear. Called them today(called them late because I work a lot and dont have a lot of free time) to let them know and see if they would fix it since I just bought the car and they sold it like this. They said they dont cover that and my warranty doesn't either. I have been back and forth on the phone with them all week. Everytime I'm always talking to a new person because i can't get ahold of the person I'm trying to. And when u would get ahold of someone they would talk over you so you couldn't talk. Curtis told me when buying the car if you have any issues with the car bring it back to me and i will get it fixed for you. But now it's a whole different story of them saying well that's not our problem. Also when they sold me the car they said they didn't have the title yet they would get it this week. Tomorrow is my 7th day they told me today they wont have the title this week that it didn't come in the mail. So now I have a car I can't register and it has a burnt out clutch. Worth experience I have ever dealt with, with any dealership. I will never go back to them. Do not trust them they will tell you what you want to hear. If you do deal with them and they make promises to you make sure you get everything written down on paper, if you dont they will go back on their word. More
