And while things have certainly changed in the way we've purchased cars in all that time, we ultimately need to work with a sales representative when purchasing at a dealership. I was fortunate to work with Kim Paolino for my most recent car buying experience. While the decision (for me) of what I wanted was exceptionally simple using various Internet sites, the actual, interpersonal interaction was exceptional with Kim. She asked all the right questions to make sure I knew what I wanted. She didn't blink when I asked that she ride in the back seat for the test drive, and easily handled my highway driving techniques/speed and my 'testing' of the brakes. And when it came to the negotiating, there was no attempt to persuade me to change my 'no' responses to a 'yes'. Down the road when the time comes for another purchase, I sincerely hope Kim is there to work with me! THANKS, KIM! More
