Pleasantly Surprised !!!!!! I was very happy and pleasantly surprised when I arrived at this dealer. My daughter was looking for a car and had found one albeit a few miles away w I was very happy and pleasantly surprised when I arrived at this dealer. My daughter was looking for a car and had found one albeit a few miles away we decided to take the ride to Autofair Subaru. We were greeted by Kim Paolino who fulfilled all our needs and more. We told her 4 cars we were interested in, now mind you it was 700 pm at the time and they close at 8. We drove all four, way past there closing time, and then we found a 5th car at around 9. No problem . Take your we were told . Well then of course we couldn't make a decision and left around 930, no sale. I called Kim the following morning first thing and told her we loved 2 cars, a 2017 Nissan Altima and a 2017 VW Tiguan. I ask her to please put them out front we would be there at 9 . At 901 we pulled up and they were both sitting there, decision forthcoming .Both cars rode excellent. I wanted the Nissan for her, I feel she wanted the more expensive Tiguan. I went in and showed a fantastic person , Brad, a number that I wanted to pay for the VW. 10 mins later he shows what he can do , we agree, deal done pending approval. Now my daughters credit is bad, mine is good, so cosigning was the avenue we were probably going to have to take. So they ran us together and came back after trying and trying and said they cannot do unless we take her off the loan, We did, got a good rate deal moving to next step. Now the only negative. After signing the papers, now remember we were there at 9 sharp and now its 1 pm . They had to register it and put a sticker on it. Was told it was going to be a breeze...……..well we didn't leave until 435. Still, a great place to buy a car. Clean , professional , great staff! Quality cars!!!!Kim was great , Chris in finance very thorough and easy going. Overall nice place to buy a car. Give them a shot. You will be pleasantly surprised More

STAY AWAY FROM AUTOFAIR SUBARU Autofair Subaru of Haverhill, MA is engaging in unfair, deceptive, and abusive acts of business through its sales tactics, pricing techniques, and sal Autofair Subaru of Haverhill, MA is engaging in unfair, deceptive, and abusive acts of business through its sales tactics, pricing techniques, and sales culture at the dealership. I had inquired about a new Outback Limited 2.5, with Navigation, Leather, Moonroof, no Trade-in, and 0% financing from AutoFair Subaru. I received an email from Autofair Subaru of Haverhill, MA and I kept it for my record. I was quoted a good price for the car 28,689 + 549 fees by internet sales rep Stephanie Ferreira. Before I made the long drive (more than 50 miles) to this dealer, I confirmed the price and fees again over the phone. Once I got to Autofair Subaru, the salesman Clifford Lawrence told me that he couldn't sell me the Outback Limited 2.5, with Navigation, Leather, Moonroof, no Trade-in, and 0% financing for the price I was quoted. Subsequently, the supervisor, Matthew Curran, did not honor the price in the quote, called me a thief, and told me to GO AWAY after making me an offer of $2,200 above the initial quoted price. Neither Mr. Curran no Ms. Ferreira apologized to me. This was likely the worst customer experience I have ever had at any auto dealer in my life. I ended up to buying new Outback from another dealer. AutoFair Subaru is dishonest, unprofessional and uses deceptive tactics to get buyers in the door. More
