Not so good and pretty unreasonable 4k price markup because I was out of state and it's supposedly is a hard car to find. If "The Autofair price beat guarantee" was actually true and 4k price markup because I was out of state and it's supposedly is a hard car to find. If "The Autofair price beat guarantee" was actually true and not another false advertising mistake the price of stock # SH191574 would not have risen from $37,323 to $41,600 I was quoted. I would have to say "The Autofair price beat guarantee" is as false as the publicly stated price of stock # SH191574 WRX STi limited on "https://autofairsubaru.com" regardless of the vague non descriptive fine print below the advertisement. You put a price of what the vehicle is selling for and that is what people are paying attention to but hey that's why we have phones so we can verify the advertisement on their website is totally bogus for any person out of the state of Massachusetts. There are currently 13 other 2019 Subaru WRX STi Limited models across the United States that I will be choosing from that are under $41,000. I'm quite sure when I call them to discuss the purchasing of the automobile they will not change the price from the publicly stated price on their website and AutoTrader over 4k more due to the fact of me not being a local New England resident. There are plenty of Subaru dealers out there that I can work with that won't pull this charade or tell me I'd have to make a second trip back to the dealership to legally drive the car off the lot with proper temp tags, we live 1,300 miles away and would never take a second trip back because a dealership is incompetent of successfully completing a simple auto transaction. Again I have purchased cars from long distances with no issues, 2 of them in Floida with none of that nonsense. We do the paperwork get everything in place and the come pickup the car and drive home to tag, it's not that hard, unless you purchase a car from AutoFair Subaru Massachusetts it seems. Not sure how anyone out of state would date be ok with a 4k markup from the original advertised price. I hate to say it but I felt let down and very disappointed with the way my car purchasing experience went with AutoFair Subaru. I'm not sure even if they re-offered me the deal that is publicly stated on the AutoFair & Autotrader websites "$37,323" I would take it due to my poor/less than quality experience, I would be more than happy to speak with a manager regarding my experience & that special "The Autofair price beat guarantee". I have already sent the email to Jose Oliver. I will be leaving my Google review about my experience with the AutoFair Subaru team, warning NON Massachusetts residents to be in contact with a sales rep to confirm the price they viewed on the website is the price that AutoFair Subaru will actually sell the car for or if there is a special 4k mark up. THE PRICE GUARANTEE IS JOKE!!! "Vehicles with a specific V.I.N. do not qualify." "Valid on local competitors within a 50-mile radius of the dealership." 😆 "AutoFair reserves the right to buy back the vehicle in the unlikely event that it cannot price match." "AutoFair will not directly refund sales tax, plates and registration however the customer may be entitled to abatement." WHAT A FIGHT!!! Get This!!! A few days ago I drove from Missouri on August 9th and I purchased a brand new 2019 WRX STi Limited (the same model AutoFair Subaru of Haverhill had) but for 40k from Sport Subaru South in Florida with no miles with none of the hassle of making a second trip back to actually drive the car off of the lot, nor did they change the price all of the sudden because I was not a Florida resident. Felt like working with a whole team that knew what they where doing. They received superb positive feed back as they conducted fair proper business as a dealer should for an out of state buyer! Ol'stereotypical used car dealers in the 21st century. Avoid Nice Inventory, Friendly but un-informed salesperson. Immediately, they went to price without even looking at the car we picked out or matching up the Nice Inventory, Friendly but un-informed salesperson. Immediately, they went to price without even looking at the car we picked out or matching up the stock numbers. Spent an hour and we were working from the wrong stock number. Explicitly asked for pricing on a SUBARU extended warranty as we've been burned by 3rd parties in the past and was given a contract term (4y/100k) that Subaru doesnt even offer. Asked to see the T&Cs of an extended maintenance contract (to confirm it was not Subaru and educate myself before buying) and was not provided after many email requests. Have to admit their electronic marketing is 21st century. I got emails from people (or BOTS) before reaching home. Replied to emails (not from salesperson) providing feedback and requesting additional info (remember the T&Cs on the Ext Warranty) to deaf ears. Even replied to email from "general manager" (or BOT) to no response. Avoid these guys More

Spoke with Manny before coming in and he never disclosed to me that the advertised price assumed that your trade is worth at least $3500 and that trade money is reflected in the low price. Should have realized it was too good to be true. After wasting our time, met with the manager who went from giving us $8500 in trade but increased the retail cost of vehicle to above the advertised price. When confronted with their deceptive techniques, the manager agreed to reduce cost of vehicle to the advertised price but reduced my trade by $3500! Just a numbers game... on top of this this dealer charges an exorbitant amount of fees totaling $2700 extra!! They had the gall to charge an additional vehicle delivery fee of over $900 despite delivery fees being included in the overall cost of sticker price under the law! Do yourself a favor and avoid purchasing a vehicle from these guys! The worst part of this experience was I watched one of the managers tell one of the female employees that they “will” be reporting to work the following morning at 7 am and was very degrading! Go someplace more honest and save yourself thousands! More
They made it work I went to AutoFair in Haverhill over the weekend to test drive a new Subaru Outback. Rudy was pleasant and helpful and explained all the features during a drive around the city. The dealership is clean and welcoming. Great coffee, bright and cheery. We saw several people leaving with out cars and smiling salespeople anyways. Telling them If they change their minds to come back. I figured that I wouldn't be able to get the online price when they said it was dependent on the value of my trade-in (A beat-up 2010 toyota with 160000 miles on it). After some reasonably easy back and forth They were able to be 'in the ballpark' for the on-line price and I was able to drive away with my new car the same day! Everyone was helpful and I didn't feel pressured into a deal I didn't want. More
